ABOUT

Kaci brings two years of experience in energy law to Floom Energy Law PLLC. Her experience at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) focused on rate cases involving Section 4 and 5 of the Natural Gas Act and Sections 205 and 206 of the Federal Power Act. Kaci's understanding of the ever-evolving regulatory landscape related to oil, natural gas, and electric utility industries allows her to provide a tailored strategy for each client's specific goals.

EXPERIENCE

Before joining the Floom Energy Law PLLC team, Kaci served for two years as an attorney-advisor in the FERC Office of Administrative Law Judges. There, she advised judges on hearing and settlement proceedings involving the rates and practices of interstate natural gas pipelines and electric utilities.

Kaci is a graduate of the University of Florida Levin College of Law. While in law school, Kaci interned with the Department of Justice Environment and Natural Resources Division Appellate Section.

 

Prior to law school, Kaci worked as an Executive Fellow for the California State Transportation Agency and as a Legal Assistant for a boutique law firm in California. She also has experience working as an Editor and Staff Writer for the Times-Standard, a Northern California daily newspaper.
